The Registered Nursemanages and coordinates the care of assigned clients in the homes of clients by providing comprehensive skilled nursing services and referral for therapeutic services as needed in order to achieve maximum rehabilitation and recovery for the Agency's clients.

The LPN provides practical nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The Occupational Therapist provides professional occupational therapy in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements.  Maintains compliance with Agency policies and procedures.  Formulates, coordinates, and delegates all occupational therapy care and practice in order to meet the healthcare needs of clients, their families, and the community.
