The OT, PRN provides professional occupational therapy in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with Agency policies and procedures. The Home Health Aide delivers quality home health care services to the Agency’s clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Therapist in accordance with physician orders, Agency and industry standards, and federal and state regulations.

The PRN Registered Nurse manages and coordinates the care of assigned clients in the homes of clients by providing comprehensive skilled nursing services and referral for therapeutic services as needed in order to achieve maximum rehabilitation and recovery for the Agency's clients.
